Eligibility

To use ZafUra Wash services you must be at least authorized to request service for the vehicle(s) in question and comply with applicable laws. Fleet administrators should ensure they have authority to engage services on behalf of their organization.

Minors under 16 are not authorized to engage our services directly. If booking on behalf of a minor, the person making the booking must have parental or legal authority.

Services must be requested and used lawfully. Customers must not instruct ZafUra Wash teams to perform activities that would violate local regulations, endanger personnel, or involve prohibited materials.

ZafUra Wash currently provides services within the United Arab Emirates. Availability may vary by emirate and by commercial fleet agreements. Service requests outside our operational zones will be declined or routed to approved partners.

Account and Booking

Customers may create an account to manage bookings, fleet arrangements, and billing. Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and vehicle information.

You agree to provide current and accurate information when creating an account and when booking services. Incorrect addresses or vehicle details may affect service delivery times and scope.

Protect your account credentials. Notify ZafUra Wash immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We implement administrative and technical controls to protect account data and transactions.

Accounts are personal or corporate and may not be transferred without prior written consent from ZafUra Wash. Corporate fleet accounts require authorized representatives for changes.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] and our support team immediately so we can take steps to secure the account and contribute.

We may suspend access to accounts or services where we suspect misuse, safety concerns, payment issues, or violations of these terms. Suspension may be temporary while we contribute.

Service Description

ZafUra Wash provides mobile car wash, interior and exterior detailing, paint protection support, fleet maintenance detailing, and optional add-on services such as upholstery cleaning and odor treatment. Services are performed at the location agreed at booking, subject to site suitability and safety.

Service specifications, prices, and available add-ons may change. We will inform customers of material changes prior to scheduled appointments when feasible. Changes may result from operational considerations, supply availability, or fleet requirements.

Appointments are subject to availability. ZafUra Wash will use reasonable efforts to meet scheduled start times but may adjust arrival windows due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints. Customers will be notified of significant delays.

Service Site Rules

To ensure safe, efficient service delivery, customers must comply with the following site rules:

• Provide safe and legal access to the vehicle and parking space at the scheduled time.
• Disclose any vehicle damage, special materials, or aftermarket modifications that could affect cleaning procedures.
• Remove valuable or sensitive items from the vehicle prior to service; ZafUra Wash is not responsible for items left inside.
• Notify technicians of any fuel, fluid leaks, or hazardous materials before work begins.
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from the service area for safety.
• Comply with any local parking rules, community regulations, or employer site restrictions at the service location.
• Follow technician instructions for vehicle preparation or movement; technicians may refuse service if conditions present safety risks.

User-Provided Content

Customers may provide photographs, notes, or feedback related to bookings, vehicles, or services. This user content helps us document condition and tailor services.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights you grant to ZafUra Wash to use that content for service delivery, recordkeeping, and quality assurance.

By submitting content, you grant ZafUra Wash a royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and store the content as necessary to perform services and improve our offerings, including anonymized use in internal training and aggregated marketing materials.

Do not submit content that violates others' privacy, contains sensitive personal data, or infringes intellectual property rights. You are responsible for the lawfulness of content you provide.

To request removal of your content from public-facing materials, contact [email protected]. We will evaluate removal requests and act in accordance with legal and operational obligations.

Intellectual Property

ZafUra Wash and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the website, service marks, content, manuals, logos, and other proprietary materials. Use of our activity or materials requires prior written permission.

• Do not reproduce website content, logos, or service marks without express consent from ZafUra Wash.
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or proprietary processes used by ZafUra Wash.
• Respect third-party copyrights; do not upload content that you do not have rights to share.

Paid Services and Billing

Certain ZafUra Wash services and add-ons are paid. Billing is conducted in AED and according to the pricing applicable at the time of booking or as agreed for fleet contracts.

Prices are published on ZafUraWash.pro and may be provided in quotes for fleet agreements. Published prices exclude applicable taxes and any special site fees that may apply.

Payments are accepted via approved online payment methods and corporate invoicing where agreed. Payment is due per the invoice terms. For one-off bookings, payment may be taken at the time of service or at booking based on the chosen payment method.

Subscription or recurring service plans for fleets are subject to specific agreements that outline scope, frequency, pricing, and termination terms. Fleet customers should refer to their contract documentation.

Refunds or adjustments are evaluated case by case. If a service is materially deficient, contact [email protected] with booking details so we can assess and propose an appropriate remedy.

Customers may cancel or reschedule within the timeframes stated at booking. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee to compensate for allocated technician time and logistics.

Applicable taxes, fees, or duties required by UAE authorities will be applied at checkout or invoicing and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ZafUra Wash reserves the right to change pricing. We will honor confirmed quotes or contracted prices for the period defined in the booking or contract, subject to the terms of that agreement.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of future services, collection activity, or reporting to authorized representatives on fleet accounts. We will provide notices and an opportunity to resolve outstanding balances.

Disclaimer

ZafUra Wash provides professional cleaning and detailing services using best-practice methods and commercially available products. Results may vary according to vehicle condition, previous paintwork, materials, and environmental factors. We provide skilled service based on industry standards and documented procedures.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZafUra Wash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from provision of services, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law. Liability for direct damages is subject to limitations set under applicable UAE law.

Third-Party Providers

We may engage partners for supplies, payment processing, or ancillary services. Where third parties are involved, ZafUra Wash will manage contractual relationships to maintain service quality, but third-party actions remain governed by their own terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the notice provisions in the booking confirmation or fleet contract. ZafUra Wash may suspend or terminate access to services for breaches of these terms or for non-payment.

Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable. Access to account features or preferential pricing linked to active agreements may end. We will coordinate final invoices and return of any customer materials where applicable.

Privacy

ZafUra Wash collects and processes personal data to deliver services, manage accounts, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with customers. Our privacy policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding personal data.

Communications

By engaging ZafUra Wash, you consent to receive service-related messages, operational notices, and transactional communications. Marketing communications will be sent only with consent or where permitted by applicable law, and may be opted out of at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms to reflect operational changes or legal requirements. Material revisions will be posted on ZafUraWash.pro with the updated effective date. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Parties agree to resolve disputes in accordance with applicable UAE procedures and jurisdiction, unless otherwise specified in a separate corporate agreement.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, customers should first contact [email protected] to seek an administrative resolution. Where required, disputes will follow the dispute resolution processes set out by applicable UAE law and any contractual dispute provisions for fleet agreements.
